Off topic: thank you for writing your book. I'm working my through it, it's a tough read because we put my mom in memory care over the summer but knowing I'm not alone in having a difficult parent with dementia helps so, so much.
The power of pizza-gate and QAnon far exceeded what most think. I know because I’ve been trying to out the real, true conspiracy since 1995 at EndTeacherAbuse.org and WhiteChalkCrime.com and over half the people helping me, deserted me when QAnon offered them a quicker path to solving the fact that our schools are a deep state of corruption teachers won’t talk about because they’ll lose their jobs if they do.
The corruption is so polished that the few who’ve tried to expose this aren’t believed so they lose their jobs for nothing. The proof is this: Check out those two sites with hundreds of stories that have been posted for decades and you don’t know a thing about how corrupt our schools are.
Some of my best members decided Trump was our solution. I know it sounds stupid, but if you knew what we knew was going on, sex trafficking wasn’t much of a stretch. Yet, despite documenting financial and psychological harm to children and society, I hadn’t documented any pedophiles in our schools in my years of leading this group of over 2000 people who had it with our schools.
In fact, for the first time in my thirty years of researching education, a few months ago a member told me she knows of sex trafficking in a nearby district. But I understood why they fell for QAnon. These fascist-like administrators have stolen education from us and it seemed logical to them that was why, whereas I operate on proof. Yet the lure of Trump solving this problem rather than me made sense. I’m just a powerless teacher with a passion for democracy and look what he can do.
The bottom line is until people learn about the true deep state of corruption in our schools they won’t understand the other half of this country that’s had it with leadership that lets the unions cover it up and pretends we can have a democracy with our foundation — our schools— being so corrupt. We lost those voters to Trump the way I lost my members to him. They want this fixed and they’re mad at the rest of us who seem to not care.
Just think of the power we’d have if we showed them we do care, but we never took the time to look into it, but will now. This is THE issue we will come together over once it’s a known issue.
My memoir of my teaching days, A Graver Danger, is a bridge to the people we need to get our democracy back. It has answers to how we got here part of which is people don’t take the time to learn about education so even our decent leaders messed up on education. I explain why. They need to read my book to understand how this deep state of corruption happened. But no one wants to read a book about education. That’s our problem.
Because I love democracy, I’m doing my best to solve this. So far A Graver Danger has seven awards —almost more awards than readers.
If you want to get over your depression over the hopelessness of dealing with Trump, read my book. There is a path. We must recognize and clean up this deep state that is so toxic, it generates school shootings. If for no other reason, read A Graver Danger, to learn how to end school shootings. It isn’t fair to subject our children to that because we hate reading about education so much.
Education is the closet you don’t want to clean. However, when you do you’ll be so glad you did.

Today, your writing was very informative. Glad you explained all those crazy conspiracy theories. Keep up your great work!!

Hell, I flew to Chicago to see you and Rick, so I am a BIG FAN (and you were kind enough to pose for pics so I have proof of my adventure)! I have been comforted, challenged, and educated by your writing and podcasting. Seeing you on the news makes me feel less alone. And I adore your dog pics.
